This work seeks to identify the probable relationship between the location in space, on the one hand, and its effects on the social group subject to the respective conditions, on the other side (the distance, first, the exodus of the young population, lack of resources, etc.). It's just the situation that determines the territorial peripherality of the town of Hârlău, both territorial point of view that socio-economic development.
