Abstract

The principles are laws, natural or fundamental with applicability to many phenomenons becoming rules guiding research.Using principles facilitates the development of scientific methods. Each science or discipline, each researcher outlines their principles to follow in scientific research, principles which follow the general ones, unanimously available.
